3mm for lightweight indoor props. 5mm is the versatile standard for most signs. 10mm for large standing cutouts and rigid signage.
Is sunboard waterproof?
No — sunboard is foam PVC and not fully waterproof. Outdoor use is OK short-term; for permanent outdoor signage consider aluminum composite panels instead.
Can you cut my custom shape?
Yes — die-cut to any shape you provide as a vector file. We also offer free design cleanup on most orders.
Do you do installation?
Yes — wall mounting, frame mounting and stand mounting across Noida, Ghaziabad and Greater Noida.
What file format should I send?
PDF, AI, EPS or high-res PNG/JPG. Vector is best for clean cutout edges.
